1. About Nearito

Nearito is a visual discovery platform that helps people find rentals, experiences, and lifestyle services from local providers across Vietnam.

Nearito connects explorers with shops and providers. Unless stated otherwise, Nearito is not the direct rental or service provider and is not a party to end-user contracts.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into agreements under Vietnamese law.

Information you provide must be accurate, current, and not misleading. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.

3. Accounts and security

Some features require an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts if we detect violations, fraud, spam, or behavior that harms the community.

4. Prohibited content and conduct

When using Nearito, you must not:

• Post false, fraudulent, illegal, or rights-infringing content.
• Scrape, automate data collection, or interfere with the system without Nearito's permission.
• Harass, threaten, discriminate, or post sexual or violent content.
• Impersonate a person, shop, or provider.
• Use the platform for unauthorized commercial activity or contact spam.

5. Providers and listings

Shops and providers are responsible for descriptions, pricing, item condition, schedules, and rental or service terms.

Nearito may review, hide, or remove violating content but does not guarantee the accuracy of every listing. Users should verify details before transacting.

6. Transactions between users

Agreements on price, timing, deposits, handoff, and returns are made directly between explorers and providers, unless Nearito offers separate payment tools in the future.

Nearito is not liable for disputes outside the scope of platform services, but may help with violation reports when appropriate.

7. Intellectual property

Nearito's brand, interface, code, and owned or licensed content belong to Nearito and/or its partners.

When you upload photos, descriptions, or other content, you grant Nearito the rights needed to display, store, and promote it on the platform to operate the service.

8. Limitation of liability

Nearito provides the service on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent allowed by law, Nearito is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from use or inability to use the service.

9. Service changes

We may add, modify, or discontinue features to improve the experience or comply with regulations. Material changes will be communicated reasonably on the platform.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes will first be addressed through negotiation; if unresolved, they may be submitted to competent authorities in Vietnam.
