Getting started

Nearito is a visual discovery platform for rentals, experiences, and lifestyle services from local shops across Vietnam.

You can browse the feed, search by keyword, explore the map, or visit shop profiles without signing in. Some features like saving listings and following shops require an account.

Account & sign-in

Common account questions:

• Create an account: choose Sign up, enter your email and password, then confirm your details.
• Forgot password: use the Forgot password link on the sign-in page to reset via email.
• Update profile: change your details in account settings after signing in.
• Delete account: contact support through the Contact page if you want your data permanently removed.

Discover & search

Use the search bar to filter by keyword, category, or area. The Map page helps you find listings near your current location.

Tap a listing image to view details, pricing, descriptions, and shop contact links. You can also save listings to personal collections for later.

Contacting providers

Nearito connects you with shops and providers. Pricing, schedules, deposits, and handoffs are arranged directly between both parties.

Before transacting, verify listing details, shop reputation, and rental terms. If you spot misleading content, report it through the Safety page.

Reporting issues

If you encounter technical errors, policy violations, or suspicious behavior, describe the issue in detail and send it through the Contact page.

The Nearito team typically responds within 1–2 business days. Urgent safety reports are prioritized for faster review.
